How it works
How do I register?
Step 1: Fill out this Google form with basic information about the student, their academic past and goals, as well as basic information about your family.

Step 2: E-Transfer the $40 registration fee to tckconnections@gmail.com. This fee covers the cost of the intake interview and assessment as well as access to the class registrations system.

Step 3: Ms. Webb will contact you to arrange a time for your intake interview assessment. This should take 60-90 minutes and is paid for my your regustration fee.

Step 4: At your appointment time, come to 153 Douglas Crescent in Confederation (west side of Saskatoon), the home of Third Culture Kids Connections (and Ms. Webb's home too!) for your interview.
Don't be nervous, it's fun and you won't have to do anything you don't want to do.

How do classes work?
Starting from September 5th classes will be offered from 3:00 to 9:00 on Monday through Thursday (no classes on Friday or weekends at this time). Parents can choose the times and frequency that they wish, up to a maximum of 12 hours per week.
In consultation with Ms. Webb, you set the schedule that works best for your budget and the needs of your child. You can choose to come two days a week, 3 hours each day, or every day for 1 hour, or once a week for 5 hours.

The goal is to provide the greatest flexibility for families to choose the times that work best for them. Each student will work on an individually paced, custom created curriculum, so as long as there is advanced notice of attendance changes (at least 24 hours) there's no penalty!
How much does it cost?--

The pricing structure for the program will vary depending on the number of students in the class. Classes with only one student in attendance may cost up to $50/hour for each student. A full class of 10 students may cost as little as $15/hour per student.
* Note, several factors such as the needs of the indivudual students in attendance and subsequent needs for additional EA support may affect the price.
Parents will receive an invoice each week, adjusted to reflect number of students in attendance that must be paid via e-transfer before the next week's classes can be joined.
