It's what we all hope school can be!

Our Land Acknowledgment

WebbSprout is nestled in Treaty 6 Territory, which encompasses the ancestral lands of the Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota, in Saskatoon, original home of the Beaver Peoples, and the homeland of the Métis Nation. Bringing a global perspective home to this land I love has deepened my appreciation for its history. Finding wisdom today from the annashnibe who have cared for it for generations while suffering from genocide and enduring the ongoing harms established by colonialism as the seeds of the systemic issues that continue to be a barrier to true reconciliation .

Through WebbSprout, I am committed to teaching children the importance of reconciliation in thoughts, words, and actions. This includes fostering respect for Indigenous cultures and for the newcomers who continue to immigrate and adopt this land as their own, contributing to its rich cultural diversity. Integrating the values of First Nations wisdom to enhance students’ learning and understanding of their place in this Country's history as they strive to achieve their future goals.

By instilling in children values that honor this land and its stories, WebbSprout seeks to create a future where the spirit of reconciliation unites us all in mutual respect and shared responsibility.

Our Mission

Webbsprout's mission is to provide extra-curricular support to neurodivergent students to help them navigate their regular classrooms. We accomplish our mission by:

  • Building individual relationships with students to achieve their learning, social, and emotional goals.

  • Fostering a supportive community environment among the students

  • Working in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other service providers to offer wrap-around support.

Our Vision

Our vision is to transform education in Saskatchewan by offering a new model for extra-curricular social and academic support, a model that complements the resources provided within the school system by providing dedicated attention that many students need but may not be able to access.
