Ms Crystal Duncan is a life long community giver who raised herself from child homelessness to helping youth in her communities achieve their goals and build better futures. She has her Youth Care Diploma from Saskpoly tech and over 20 years working with youth in various capacities from 1 on 1 mentoring to group homes and drop in centers. Crystal specializes in youth from foster care or with childhood traumas.

5+ years experience time and staff management
Clear criminal record check as of April 16th, 2025
Valid class 5 driving license
