WebbSprout Programs and Services
School Skills Coaching & Self-Advocacy
WebbSprout offers one-on-one and paired coaching for learners who need personalized support. Sessions are built around relationship, trust, and genuine collaboration. Students work toward academic confidence, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-advocacy while maintaining a strong sense of autonomy. Each plan is tailored to the individual student and evolves as their needs shift.
Holistic Family Support
Families receive practical and compassionate support both at home and within the school system. This includes guidance for transitions, independent living skills, executive functioning, communication with teachers, and strategies for easing daily stress. The goal is to build sustainable routines and help families work as a team, with the student’s voice and consent at the center of every plan.
Professional Development & Training
WebbSprout now offers a full range of professional development services. Training can be tailored for schools, community organizations, health providers, and any team that supports neurodivergent children and youth. Sessions range from one-hour introductions to full-day customized workshops. Briane’s experience as a curriculum developer and lead teacher is combined with lived experience and insight into neurodivergent thinking, helping providers understand how to build environments that are safe, accessible, and effective for diverse learners.
Customised Learning Groups
Customized small groups provide a blend of social learning and academic support. Groups are created with intention, matching students by communication style, temperament, and shared interests. These groups help students practice communication, teamwork, emotional safety, and skills for navigating friendships while working together on meaningful tasks and hands-on learning projects.
The Webb of Care
The Webb of Care is a growing network for parents, caregivers, and supporters of neurodivergent learners. It includes parent gatherings, workshop opportunities, shared resources, and a supportive space to learn from one another. This branch of WebbSprout is designed to strengthen community connections and give families access to practical tools, insight, and encouragement.
Seasonal Programs, Workshops, and Events
WebbSprout also creates unique seasonal experiences throughout the year. Past events have included decorating and marching in the Saskatoon Pride Parade, outdoor family festivals, hands-on learning days, and community gatherings designed with safety, inclusion, and joy at the center. WebbSprout is open to designing new experiences, especially during the summer months, for families who are seeking options that do not fit into standardized programs. If there is something you wish existed, we can explore creating it together.
🕸️🌱 The WebbSprout Approach 🕸️🌱
WebbSprout programs are not cookie cutter. They are not one size fits all, and they are not built around standardized schedules or the idea that every learner should fit into the same structure. We build our programs only after we meet the students. Every offering begins with real conversations, curiosity, and consent, followed by a plan that grows from the student’s interests, strengths, and needs.
Instead of asking young people to bend themselves to match an existing program, WebbSprout flips the script. We create experiences that generate genuine interest and intrinsic motivation. We follow student curiosity, invite their voice in decision making, and shape the learning environment around who they are.
This approach grew from the way Ms. Webb taught during her years in her self contained classroom in Korea. She created curriculum around the kids she worked with, followed what lit them up, and used collaborative problem solving and meaningful conversations to build understanding. Students and families were not passive recipients of a program. They were participants in their own learning.WebbSprout continues that tradition. Every plan is curated with care. Every student is met as an individual. And every program grows like a garden, shaped by the people in it.
Accessible and Flexible Pricing
WebbSprout understands that every family’s financial situation is unique. We work with families to create a package of services that fits both their needs and their budget, and we explore creative funding options whenever possible. Many families receive support through the Autism Registry or other government programs, and we are happy to help identify ways to stretch those resources and make services sustainable. Our goal is to reduce barriers, not create them, and to make sure each student can receive the support they deserve in a way that feels manageable for their family.
